摘要
目的:分析迈瑞BC-5390血液分析仪在测定CRP和血常规试验中的应用。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月本院收治的120例呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,分别采用迈瑞BC-5390血液分析仪和Sysmex XE-2100全自动蛋白分析仪测定患者CRP和血常规,分析测评结果。结果:迈瑞BC-5390血液分析仪检查指标和Sysmex XE-2100检测下各指标并无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);迈瑞BC-5390和Sysmex XE-2100全自动蛋白分析仪诊断方式下患者CRP指标无较大差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:迈瑞BC-5390血液分析仪在CRP和血常规试验中可有效提升检测相关性,有临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the application of Mindray BC-5390 hematology analyzer in the determination of CRP and blood routine tests.Methods:A total of 120 patients with respiratory tract infections admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.Mindray BC-5390 hematology analyzer and Sysmex XE-2100 automatic protein analyzer were used to determine the CRP and blood routine of patients.Analyze the evaluation results.Results:There was no significant difference between the indicators of Mindray BC-5390 hematology analyzer and Sysmex XE-2100,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Mindray BC-5390 and Sysmex XE-2100 automatic protein analyzers showed no significant difference in CRP index between patients under the diagnosis mode,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mindray BC-5390 blood analyzer can effectively improve the correlation between CRP and routine blood test and has clinical application value.
