摘要
糖尿病是临床发病率较高的内分泌性疾病之一,持续性高血糖状态是糖尿病患者的共性病理改变。文章主要阐述糖尿病的诱因与类型,介绍糖尿病筛检标准,同时阐述血糖仪检测空腹毛细血管血糖在糖尿病筛检中的应用,主要包括毛细血管血糖检测的原理、取血部位以及血糖仪检测空腹毛细血管血糖的优缺点。希望能为糖尿病筛检工作有序开展提供有价值的参考意见。
Diabetes mellitus(diabetes)is one of the endocrine diseases with high clinical incidence rate.The persistent hyperglycemia is the common pathological change of diabetic patients.This paper mainly expounds the causes and types of diabetes,introduces the screening standards of diabetes,and expounds the application of blood glucose meter to detect fasting capillary blood glucose in diabetes screening,mainly including the principle of capillary blood glucose detection,the location of blood sampling and the advantages and disadvantages of blood glucose meter to detect fasting capillary blood glucose.Hope to provide more effective reference for the orderly development of diabetes screening work.
