摘要
目的:研究分析在血糖信息化管理背景下2型糖尿病患者当中智能型血糖仪的应用效果。方法:纳入研究时间和对象范围分别是2019年6月~2020年6月管理的110例2型糖尿病患者,按照患者自身治疗意愿将其分为观察组(55例)与对照组(55例)分别接受智能型血糖仪检查和传统在家及就诊随机血糖检测方法监测,对比两组患者的检测及时性、准确率和传抄误差率统计结果,患者的满意度评分以及完成血糖监测和记录花费的时间。结果:观察组采用智能型血糖仪检测的患者,因检测时间及时,方便查看记录,全科医生管控及时,检测准确率更高,传抄误差率更低,检测和记录花费时间更少,通过管控空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖水平都要低于对照组,患者的满意度评分更高。这几项指标和对照组相比,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病患者当中采用智能型血糖仪的及时性及检测准确率更高,在当前血糖信息化背景下可以更好地满足人们的需求。
Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of intelligent blood glucose meters in patients with type 2 diabetes under the background of blood glucose information management.Methods:The included study time and target range were 110 patients with type 2 diabetes who were managed from June 2019 to June 2020.They were divided into observation group(55 cases)and control group(55 cases)according to their own treatment wishes.Received the smart blood glucose meter check and the traditional random blood glucose detection method monitoring at home and at the doctor respectively,and compared the detection timeliness,accuracy rate and transmission error rate statistics results of the two groups of patients,the patient satisfaction score,and the time spent completing blood glucose monitoring and recording.Results:The observation group using intelligent blood glucose meter detection,due to timely detection time,convenient to view records,timely control by general practitioners,higher detection accuracy,lower error rate of transmission,less time spent on detection and recording,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels were lower than those of the control group,and patients'satisfaction score was higher.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The timeliness and detection accuracy of intelligent blood glucose meters are higher in patients with type 2 diabetes,and it can better meet people’s needs under the background of current blood glucose informatization.
