摘要
对科里奥利质量流量计的工作原理和精度影响因素进行了介绍。针对某单位计量交接用质量流量计计量误差较大的情况,分析了流量计的安装使用工作状态和瞬时流量特征,指出了瞬时流量跃变对于流量计计量精度的影响,得到了流量计误差产生的原因,针对性的提出了减小流量计计量误差的措施。
The working principle of Coriolis mass flowmeter and the affecting factors of measurement accuracy were introduced.In view of the large measurement error of the mass flowmeter used for measurement handover in a unit,the installation and operation state and instantaneous flow characteristics of the flowmeter were analyzed,the influence of instantaneous flow jump on the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter and the reasons of the error were pointed out.This paper puts forward three measures to reduce the measurement error.
