摘要
对质量流量计测量技术应用情况进行了总结分析,旨在预测质量流量计技术发展前景,研究新技术在质量流量计产品的应用。介绍了质量流量计供应市场情况,汇总了国内外市场规模和主要厂商市场份额,进行了主要厂商产品技术进步情况调查,分析了技术进步对产品性能提升的促进作用,提出了质量流量计技术发展方向。使用主要技术指标横向对比的方法,对国内外主流品牌的主要产品进行了详细对比,总结分析了主要厂商在产品系列、性能指标、功能开发等方面的优缺点。通过指标比对,全面梳理了供应市场主要产品情况,得出国内外厂商产品技术特点,指出了国产质量流量计存在的技术差距,并提出国产质量流量计性能提升方向。未来,通过将新的技术不断应用于产品,质量流量计将成为智能终端,除了提供测量功能外,还将实现自身状态评估、故障诊断、自动校准等多种功能。
The application of mass flowmeter measurement technology is summarized and analyzed to predict the prospect of mass flowmeter technology development.The application of new technology of mass flowmeter is studied.The supply market of mass flowmeter is introduced,the market size and market share of major manufacturers domestic and abroad are summarized,the technical progress of products of major manufacturers is investigated,the promotion of technical progress on product performance improvement is analyzed,and the technical development direction of mass flowmeter is put forward.By using the method of horizontal comparison of main technical indexes,the main products of domestic and foreign mainstream brands are compared in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of main manufacturers in product series,performance indexes,function development,etc.are summarized and analyzed.Through index comparison,the main products in the supply market are comprehensively sorted out,the technical characteristics of products from domestic and foreign manufacturers are obtained,the technical gap of domestic mass flow meters is pointed out.The performance improvement direction of domestic mass flow meters is proposed.In the future,through the continuous application of new technology in products,mass flowmeter will become an intelligent terminal.In addition to providing measurement functions,it will realize self-evaluation,fault diagnosis,automatic calibration and other functions.
