摘要
目的了解住院规培学员中“神经病学恐惧症”存在情况,分析发生的原因,以及探讨有效改进神经病学教学的对策。方法本研究采用问卷调查方法,海南医学院第一附属医院内科基地189名住培医师完成相关利克特量表,结果用(x±s)表示。结果大部分住培医师认为神经病学是诊断最困难的学科。他们对神经病学疾病的治疗信心低于其他医学亚专科。神经解剖学的复杂性被认为是造成神经学相关困难的最大原因。加强床边教学,增加患者接触量,可以提高教学质量。结论“神经病学恐惧症”确实存在于住培医师中,与神经解剖的复杂性、患者接触量有限,以及与神经学相关的教学时间不足有关。加强床边教学,增加患者接触,可以提高教学质量。
Objective To investigate the existence of“neurophobia”among training resident physicians,identify contributing factors and provide suggestions for the development of an effective educational strategies in neurology.Methods A questionnaire was administered to 189 training resident physicians in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University.A Likert scale was used to grade participants'responses and results were tabulated into mean scores and standard errors.Results Most of participants responded to the questionnaire.Neurology was identified as the most difficult subject.The training resident physicians had less confidence in neurology than any other medical specialty.The complexity of neuroanatomy was identified as the biggest contributor to the difficulty associated with neurology.More bedside teaching,more patient exposure and improved neuroanatomy teaching were put forward as suggestions for improving the teaching of neurology.Conclusion This study provides empirical evidence that'neurophobia'may indeed exist among training resident physicians.Enhanced integration of basic neurosciences and clinical neurology with emphasis on increased bedside tutorials and patient exposure should improve neurology education.
