摘要
近年来空调的使用环境愈加恶劣,潮湿的使用环境成为空调器质量评估的重要因素。通过对某次空调器的耐腐蚀试验不合格案例进行研究分析,隔音棉的材质、包裹方式和吸气管结构的不合理是本文耐腐蚀试验不合格的的主要原因。通过优化隔音棉和吸气管的结构,可有效提高空调的抗腐蚀能力和预防压缩机腐蚀故障的发生。
In recent years,the operating environment of air conditioners has become more and more severe,and the humid operating environment has become an important factor in the quality evaluation of air conditioners.Through a case study and analysis of an air conditioner’s failure in corrosion resistance test,the main reason for failure in corrosion resistance test in this paper is the unreasonable material,wrapping way and suction pipe structure of sound insulation cotton.By optimizing the structure of sound insulation cotton and suction pipe,the corrosion resistance of air conditioning can be improved effectively and the corrosion failure of compressor can be prevented.
