摘要
作为快速城镇化背景下矛盾日益突出的场所,徽州传统村落的发展吸引着越来越多学者的关注。文章阐述了当前徽州传统村落的研究背景,并通过文献检索的方法对1990-2019年关于徽州传统村落研究的相关文献进行数量和学科分析,然后进一步梳理相关学者的文献成果,厘清徽州传统村落的概念,总结徽州传统村落在空间结构、土地利用、产业类型、社会形态四个方面的发展特征,寻找影响徽州传统村落发展的各种因素。文章认为目前存在的主要问题,具体表现在空间结构演变重组,呈现“旅游-利益”的商业化格局;产业开发失调、文化生态破坏,呈现“重旅游、轻保护、重开发、轻文化”的产业化趋势;政策体系适用性低、配套建设发展不足、邻里社会差距大:呈现“牵强式”的社会治理形态。针对以上出现的问题,分别在物质层面、经济层面、文化层面和社会层面归纳了相关学者提出的发展对策。文章最后提出未来在研究对象上需要关注徽州边缘传统村落,在研究视角上需要从徽州传统村落多方位相关利益人群的角度思考与其的共生发展模式,在研究内容上需要关注土地问题、完善社会治理体系。
As a place where contradictions are increasingly prominent under the background of rapid urbanization,the development of Huizhou traditional villages has attracted more and more attention from scholars.This paper expounds the current research background of Huizhou traditional villages,and makes a quantitative and disciplinary analysis of the relevant literature on Huizhou traditional villages from 1990 to 2019 by means of literature retrieval.The literature achievements of relevant scholars are further sorted out to clarify the concept of Huizhou traditional villages.This paper summarizes the development characteristics of Huizhou traditional villages in four aspects:spatial structure,land use,industrial type and social form,and looks for the fundamental factors and other factors affecting the development of Huizhou traditional villages.At present,the main problems in this respect are as follows:the spatial structure evolution and reorganization,presenting the tourism-benefit commercial pattern;imbalanced industrial development and damaged cultural ecology,showing an industrialization trend of focusing on tourism to the neglect of protection and paying much attention on development but less on culture;the low applicability of the policy system,insufficient supporting construction and development and large social gap between neighborhoods,exhibiting the far-fetched social governance pattern.In view of the above problems,the existing achievements of relevant scholars on the development countermeasures are summarized from the material,economic,cultural and social levels.Finally,it is proposed that in the future,we should pay attention to Huizhou marginal traditional villages in terms of research objects,think about the symbiotic development model from the perspective of multi-stakeholder groups in Huizhou traditional villages,and pay attention to land issues and improve the social governance system in terms of research content.
