摘要
五运六气学说蕴含“天人合一”整体观及“三因制宜”辨证观,对临床疑难疾病的治疗具有极大的指导意义。在其指导下的三因司天方被广泛应用于内、外、妇、儿等科,但在眼科运用较为少见。文章主要通过眼科验案举隅理解临床应用司天方的方法,拓宽其适用范围,将运气理论与眼部疾病的辨证诊疗相结合,以期为治疗眼科疑难杂症提供新的思路。
The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors includes the holism of‘the union of universe and human’and the dialectic approach of‘treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors’,which has great guiding significance for clinical difficult diseases treatment.Three-yin Formulas are widely used in clinical departments,for example,internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics,etc.,but less common in the application of ophthalmology.In this paper,enumerating ophthalmic cases was used to understand the clinical application method and broaden its applicability.This paper combined the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and ophthalmic diseases’differential diagnosis and treatment,which is expected to provide new ideas for curing ophthalmic diseases.
