摘要
张元素将运气学说与人体紧密结合,提出了五运主病与六气主病学说。其运气学说不以外界为主,注重人体自身属性与外界天气变化的关系和小运对人体属性的影响,主张从人体自身的运气属性来认识和治疗疾病,提出“运气不齐,古今异轨,古方新病,不相能也”,借鉴运气理论阐述药性,并且借鉴运气治法拟订制方大法,为后世医者辨证与用药提供了新的思路。张元素的六气主病思想提倡人们应该顺应自然之气,按时养生,毋使其太过与不及,遵从自然的规律。
Zhang Yuansu combines the doctrine of yunqi with human body closely,and puts forward the theory of Wuyun Zhubing and Liuqi Zhubing. Its doctrine of Yunqi does not focus on the outside world,but pays attention to the relationship between the human body’s own attributes and the external weather changes and the influence of Xiaoyun on human attributes. He advocates recognizing and treating diseases from the human body’s own attributes of Yunqi. He puts forward the idea of " due to uneven of Yunqi and abnormal track between ancient and modern,ancient prescriptions are not suitable for the treatment of emerging diseases ". He uses the theory of Yunqi for reference to elaborate medicinal properties,and draws on the method of Yunqi treatment to formulate prescriptions,which provides new ideas for later generations of doctors to differentiate symptoms and guide medication. Zhang Yuansu’s thought of Liuqi Zhubing advocates that people should conform to the natural qi and keep in good health on time,without making it too much or too little,and obeying the laws of nature.
