摘要
中医肺系疫病相当于现代医学的呼吸系统传染病。肺系疫病从广义属于温病范畴,也属于外感热病范畴;从狭义属于瘟疫或者温疫范畴。中医肺系疫病包括传统肺系疫病和新发肺系疫病,在病名的命名上存在多样化和失系统性。针对命名规范化,文章提出传承中医传统命名、借鉴现代西医诊断命名以及促进临床实际创新的思路。
Pestilential disease of lung system in traditional Chinese medicine equivalents to infectious disease of respiratory.Pestilential disease of lung system belongs to category of febrile disease or exogenous febrile disease in general and plague in the narrow sense.Pestilential disease of lung system in traditional Chinese medicine includes traditional disease and newly discovered disease.Standardization of disease names are diversification and loss of system,which needs to inherit traditional name of traditional Chinese medicine,diagnostic name of western medicine and innovation of clinical practice.
