摘要
本文对爱尔兰国家早期预警系统(INEWS)的发展概况、基本模式以及在爱尔兰的临床应用情况进行综述,明确了INEWS研究在临床应用中的积极作用和薄弱之处,并提出INEWS在爱尔兰卫生保健系统的标准化、医护人员的相关培训与教育、ISBAR沟通工具、完善的应急方案及快速反应小组、有效的管理系统等方面都值得学习和借鉴。
This paper reviewed the development,basic model,and summarized the clinical application of the Irish national early warning system(INEWS),which has been clear about the research with positive role and weaknesses.In addition,it is proposed that the standardization of Irish health care system,relevant COMPASS education programme,ISBAR communication tools,perfect emergency plan and rapid response team,effective management system and other aspects of INEWS should be learned and used for practice by Chinese health care system.
