摘要
行至风云激荡的晚清,中华传统景象空间乃至整个中华社会,都已身处发展"过熟"、积习深重、亟待"祛魅"与破局的历史关头。有的高调寻求着更自由的表达样式。有的则挣扎在历史与范式的框架内,恣意扩充着建筑与景象的类型和容量,试探着极限化、效能化的布局方式,张拉着空间的维度,挑战着既有范式的表达极限——调整着自身与城市和时代之间的距离。悬隔万里、地域特征迥异的留、林二园就以这样的方式,各自释放着末世的缤纷诉求与想象,挥洒着园主的雄襟与雅怀,隔空校验着它们的"同代性",也为这个特殊的祛魅时代留下了弥足宝贵的空间印痕。而后者对前者的跨地域摹仿与转译,更凝固为台湾文化"内附"长路上翩若惊鸿的佳话。
In the late Qing Dynasty when the society was in turbulent times,the Chinese traditional landscape scenery,and even the entire Chinese society,had already been overwhelmed by "over-mature" development and rigid customs,desperately needed to be "disenchanted" in order to break the situation.Some looked for a freer style of expression with a high profile.Others struggled within the framework of history and paradigm.By arbitrarily expanding the types and capacity of buildings and landscape scenery,exploring the ultimate and efficient layout,stretching the dimension of space,and challenging the extreme expression of existing paradigms,they were trying to adjust the distance between themselves and the city and the era.In this way,Lingering Garden(Liu Yuan) and Lin Family Garden,which are thousands of miles apart and bear distinct geographical characteristics,respectively released their appeals and imaginations of the late Qing Dynasty and showed the majesty and grace of the respective owners.The landscape scenery of the two gardens verifies that they are the gardens of the same era,and left with precious spatial imprints for this special era of disenchantment.Moreover,Lin Family Garden’s cross-regional imitation and translation of Lingering Garden(Liu Yuan) has been regarded as an example of cultural "attachment" to Chinese culture.
