摘要
高校党组织在密切联系师生中一般发挥纽带和桥梁作用,而基层组织作为基本的政治单元在推动高等教育事业发展中发挥着非常重要的政治引领作用,因此,党建阵地的建设对基层党组织作用的发挥有着重要的意义。从同济大学高校院系级党组织存在的突出问题出发,总结一段时期以来“党员之家”缺失对基层党组织功能的影响,探索院系级“党员之家”发挥政治核心作用的有效途径,更好地以一流党建推动一流学科发展。
Party organizations in colleges and universities generally play a role as a link and bridge in the close relationship between teachers and students.As a basic political unit,grass-roots organizations play a very important political leading role in promoting the development of higher education.Therefore,the construction of the party building position is of great significance to the role of grass-roots party organizations.Starting from the outstanding problems existing in the departmentlevel party organizations in colleges and universities of Tongji University.Summing up the influence of the lack of"Party members'House"on the function of Grass-roots Party organizations for a period of time.To explore the effective ways to play the political core role of the"Party member Family"at the college and department level,we will better promote the development of first-class disciplines with first-class party building.
