摘要
本文使用激光粒度仪对PTA样品的粒度分布进行表征,通过研究干、湿法模式下不同测试条件对测试结果的影响,旨在优化测试参数,提升PTA粒度分布测试方法的可操作性。实验结果表明:在湿法模式下,样品质量为0.7~0.9 g,搅拌速率为1800~2200 r/min;在干法模式下,进样速度为50%,分散压力为0.1 MPa,样品质量为3~4 g,能够得到准确的测试结果。
The effect on PTA particle size distribution analysis by wet mode and dry mode using Malvern Mastersizer 2000 laser particle size analyzer were discussed.The purpose is to optimize the test parameters and improve the operability of PTA particle size distribution.The results showed that the optimum conditions as follows:by wet mode,the sample mass should be 0.7~0.9 mg,stirring speed should be 1800~2200 r/min.By dry mode,inter velocity should be 50%,dispersion pressure should be 0.1 MPa,the sample mass should be 3~4 g.The method was reliable,with good reproducibility.
