摘要
利用湿式试样分散的激光衍射法测定了精对苯二甲酸的粒度,对分散剂进行了筛选,探讨了超声条件、搅拌速率、计算模式对测定结果的影响,比较了激光衍射法与筛分法测定结果之间的差异。结果表明,以水为分散介质、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为分散剂,不做超声处理,可获得令人满意的精对苯二甲酸粒度测定结果。
Laser diffraction with wet sample dispersion was applied to determine particle size of terephthalic acid. Appropriate dispersant has been selected. Effect of ultrasonic treatment, stirring and optical model on measurement was discussed. This method was also compared with sieve analysis. Reasonable result could be obtained by using water as dispersion medium, and nonyl hydroxybenzene polyethoxylate ether as dispersant but ultrasonic treatment was not preferred.
