摘要
智慧云制造的发展为制造业带来新的机遇和挑战,本文阐述了智慧云制造的概论,分析了企业资源管理系统(ERP)和制造执行系统(MES)的优劣势及基于平台协同排产的必要性和可行性,结合生产模式提出了基于ERP和MES平台协同的智慧云排产的结构和方法,为企业和工厂运用ERP与MES等信息化平台,制定科学、合理、精确的排产方法提供参考。
The development of smart cloud manufacturing brings new opportunities and challenges to the manufacturing industry. This article explains the general outline of smart cloud manufacturing, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System(MES), including the necessity and feasibility of platform-based collaborative production scheduling. Combined the production model, the structure and methods of smart cloud production schedule based on the collaboration of ERP and MES platforms are proposed, which provides a reference for enterprises and factories to use ERP and MES information platform to formulate scientific, reasonable and accurate production scheduling methods.
