摘要
本文通过对JIT采购法、ERP采购法和供应链采购法的分析,并采用这三种先进的管理思想和方法构建采购管理的新模式,试图寻求一个多种管理系统的组合优势,达到更为科学的采购管理,进一步改善企业采购效益,进而促进企业整个生产经营取得最优效益。
Through analyzing the JIT purchasing method, ERP purchasing method and supply chain purchasing method, and building new purchasing management model by these three methods, this paper tried to seek the combination advantage of diversiform management systems, aiming at achieving more scientific purchasing management, improving the purchasing efficiency, and accelerating enterprises to obtain optimized benefits in the production and operation.
