摘要
本文基于系统脆弱性理论视角,分别从自然、管理、技术、社会文化这四类属性出发,分析山地马拉松赛事事故产生的原因与根源。马拉松赛事由于暴露在多重不利因素的环境里,会对赛事的系统脆弱性造成一定的影响,从而演变成事故发生的外因。通过系统抗逆力思路,规划科学的越野路线,强制要求相关的运动装备,增加安全设备的投入,培养参赛者在风险防控中的主体地位。
Based on the perspective of system vulnerability theory,this paper analyzes the causes and root causes of mountain marathon accidents from the four attributes of nature,management,technology and social culture. Due to the exposure of multiple adverse factors in the environment of marathon race,the system vulnerability of the race will be affected to some extent,which will evolve into the external cause of the accident. Through systematic anti-adverse thinking,we can plan scientific cross-country routes,make compulsive requirement on related sports equipment,increase the investment of safety equipment,and train participants to take the main position of risk prevention and control.
