摘要
分流头啸叫是一项长期困扰飞机前起落架转弯试验的频发故障。通过对前起落架转弯工作原理分析和分流头啸叫机理研究,查找出分流头液压啸叫根本症结在于前起落架在(转弯试验)工况下,活门和活门套筒之间存有间隙。当液压油通过分流活门间隙时,流速极速变化产生湍流,导致啸叫现象发生。因此,理论上可通过控制前轮转弯角度,消除反馈传动间隙,保证分流头中分流活门处于封闭状态模式,解决分流头啸叫问题。实际上,前起落架转弯试验均不宜采用调整反馈传动间隙的方法,而是加大前起落架转弯角度(调节转弯作动筒活塞杆伸出量),将产品转弯机构控制在30°~31°角度内,采用该方案可彻底消除分流头啸叫现象。
Shunt head whistle is a frequent failure that has plagued the front landing gear turning test of aircraft for a long time.Through the research on the turning working principle of the front landing gear and the mechanism of the shunt head whistle,it is found that the fundamental crux of the hydraulic whistle of the shunt head is that there is a gap between the valve and the valve sleeve in the front landing gear(turning test).When the hydraulic oil passes through the shunt valve gap,the rapid change of the flow velocity produces turbulence,leading to the whistle phenomenon.Theoretically,by controlling the turning angle of the front wheels,the feedback transmission gap can be eliminated to ensure that the shunt valve in the shunt head is in the closed state mode,and the shunt head whistle problem can be solved.In fact,the method of adjusting the feedback transmission gap is not suitable for the front landing gear turning test.This paper increases the turning angle of the front landing gear(adjusting the extension of the piston rod of the turning actuator),and controls the turning mechanism of the product within an angle of 30°~31°.This solution can completely eliminate the phenomenon of shunt head whistle.
