摘要
随着工业自动化的提高,工业上对异步电动机要求越来越高。由于承受重载、频繁启停、环境恶劣等原因,导致定、转子出现各种故障问题。针对转子断条故障,文中提出基于巴特沃斯滤波和相关理论相结合的改进型希尔伯特-黄变换算法,将本征模态函数与原始信号做相关分析来判断本征模态函数的真假性,可以有效解决虚假分量和模态混叠问题。通过仿真分析和大量实验验证了改进的希尔伯特-黄变换算法准确性和可靠性。
With the improvement of industrial automation,the requirements for asynchronous motors in industry are getting higher and higher.Due to the heavy load,frequent start and stop,and harsh environment,various problems have occurred in the stator and rotor.Aiming at the problem of broken rotor bars,this paper proposes an improved Hilbert-Huang transform algorithm based on the combination of Butterworth filtering and related theories.The correlation analysis of intrinsic mode functions and original signal is used to judge the authenticity of intrinsic mode functions,which can effectively solve the problem of false components and mode aliasing.The accuracy and reliability of the improved Hilbert-Huang transform algorithm are verified through simulation analysis and a large number of experiments.
