摘要
针对重卡轮毂轴承在制造过程中容易出现的各种异常现象,设计了一套应用于生产线的重卡轮毂轴承在线振动检测系统。这一系统包括机械和测控两部分,机械部分由进出料、传感器、驱动装置、加载装置等组成,测控部分包括基于可编程序控制器的动作控制和基于LabVIEW软件的数据分析处理。抽取100套轴承进行检测,检测准确率为98%,由此验证了这一系统的准确性和可靠性。
Aiming at various abnormal occurrences that are prone to occur in the manufacturing process of heavy truck wheel hub bearing,a set of online vibration detection system for heavy truck wheel hub bearing was designed for the production line.This system includes two parts:mechanical part and measurement/control part.The mechanical part is composed of feeding and discharging,sensor,driving device,loading device,etc.The measurement/control part includes PLC-based action control and data analysis and processing based on LabVIEW software.100 sets of bearings were selected for testing,and the accuracy rate for detection was 98%,thus verifying the accuracy and reliability of the system.
