摘要
兼职卫生兵是海军卫勤力量的重要组成部分,其训练水平的高低关乎海军一线救治能力的建设。笔者通过对海军兼职卫生兵训练评估指标体系构建目的和原则的探讨,并结合专家咨询等方法,提出了评估指标体系的基本构成,为实施海军兼职卫生兵训练及考核评价提供理论依据。
The part⁃time medic is an important component of the navy medical support force,whose training level is vital to the construction of navy frontline casualty care capability.The paper proposes the main components of the evaluation index system through a detailed discussion on the objectives and principles of constructing the training evaluation index system of navy part⁃time med⁃ics,and by the way of expert consultation method.Consequently,it would provide solid theoretical evidence for the implementation and assessment of the training of navy part⁃time medics.
