摘要
目的探讨化妆模拟伤员在创伤急救培训及演习中的应用。方法通过资料学习,整理出伤情模拟产品,主要是伤情化妆产品和各种伤情模拟成品如可穿戴式和可粘贴式产品的更新与研究进展。随着研究的深入,对比各种模拟伤员的模拟效果,同时从分析伤情库的建设现状出发,分析伤情库建设的现实意义。结果各类化妆产品被不断研发,其制作工艺也随着应用的需求不断升级。新型可穿戴式和可粘贴式产品在伤情模拟中逐步得到应用。将化妆技术叠加于各类新型的模拟装备或混合多种模拟技术可取得更逼真的效果。伤员伤情库的建设应用是伤情模拟理论和实践体系中很重要的一环,为伤情模拟提供重要的数据支撑。结论化妆模拟伤员在创伤急救培训及演练中应用广泛,在国内外都受到了广泛关注,还需要不断学习和深入研究。伤员伤情库的建设需要集合众人智慧,以促进伤情模拟系统化和标准化建设。
Objective To explore the application of simulated wounded with make-up in trauma emergency training and exercise.Methods Through data learning,we sorted out the injury simulation products,mainly the update and research progress of injury cosmetic products and various injury simulation products,such as wearable and adhesive products.With the deepening of the research,the simulation effects of different kinds of simulated wounded are compared.At the same time,from the analysis of the current siluation of the construction of the injury database,the practical significance of the construction of the injury database is analyzed.Results All kinds of cosmetic products have been developed continuously,and the manufacturing process has been upgraded with the demand of application.New wearable and adhesive products are gradually applied in injury simulation.More realistic effects can be achieved by applying makeup technology to all kinds of new simulation equipment or mixing multiple simulation technologies.The construction and application of injury database is an important part of injury simulation theory and practice system,which provides important data support for injury simulation.Conclusion Cosmetic simulation of wounded is widely used in trauma first-aid training and drill,which has been widely concerned at home and abroad,and needs continuous learning and in-depth study.The construction of the wounded injury database needs to gather the wisdom of all people to promote the systematice and standardized construction of injury simulation.
