摘要
根据国家环境保护标准《水质汞、砷、硒、铋和锑的测定原子荧光法》(HJ 694—2014),本文选用空白溶液、标准物质溶液以及实际样品,用原子荧光光度计测定出几组数据,并经过计算,评定实验室开展水中汞检测的能力,即进行方法验证。验证的主要内容包括方法检出限、精密度和正确度。
According to the national environmental protection standard"atomic fluorescence method for the determi nation of mercury,arsenic,selenium,bismuth and antimony in water quality"(HJ 694-2014),this paper selected blank solution,reference material solution and actual samples,determines several groups of data with atomic fluores cence photometer,and evaluated the ability of the laboratory to carry out mercury detection in water through calcula tion,that is,method verification.The main contents of validation include detection limit,precision and accuracy.
