摘要 产教融合是应用型本科高校人才培养的重要途径,应用型本科高校产教融合有其特殊的意义和机理.根据应用型本科高校产教融合的机理,探索其途径,提出一些建议:建立产教融合激励机制,形成专业集群融合机制,建立校企共育人才机制,共同探索产教融合教育理念,共同制定人才培养方案,共同实施教学,共同构建课程体系,共同开展应用科学研究,共同评价教学质量,共同构建资源,共同构建校内外实习实训基地. The industry-education integration is an important way for talent training in applied undergraduate universities,which has its special significance and mechanism.According to its mechanism,ways to apply it are explored and some suggestions are put forward:establish an incentive mechanism for industry-education integration,form a mechanism for professional clusters integration,establish a school-enterprise collaborative mechanism for talents education,jointly explore the concept and formulate talents training programs,jointly implement teaching and construction of curriculum systems,jointly apply scientific research and evaluation of teaching quality,and jointly construct resources and internship training bases inside and outside school.
