摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪、硬度试验、极化曲线测试、晶间腐蚀试验,研究了均匀化退火对7050铝合金微观组织、硬度和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在465℃进行均匀化退火时,铸态合金中粗大的η相逐渐转变为S相并逐渐固溶于铝基体中,Al_(7)Cu_(2)Fe相未发生溶解,保温36 h后合金中出现了过烧现象;随保温时间延长,合金的硬度逐渐增大并趋于稳定,自腐蚀电位先增大后降低,腐蚀电流先减小后增大,晶间腐蚀深度先减小后增大,经465℃×24 h后,合金具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。
The effects of homogenization annealing on the microstructure,hardness and corrosion resistance of as-cast 7050 aluminum alloy were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimeter,hardness test,polarization curve test and intergranular corrosion test.The experimental results indicate that the coarseηphases is gradually transformed into S phases and continuously dissolved in the Al matrix during homogenization annealing at 465℃.However,the Al_(7)Cu_(2)Fe phases are dissolved in the Al matrix.The over-burnt phenomenon is observed after homogenization annealing at 465℃for 36 h.With the holding time increasing,the hardness of the alloy is also gradually increased to be stable,where the corrosion potential is firstly increased and then decreased,the corrosion current and intergranular corrosion depth are firstly decreased and then increased.With homogenization treatment at 465℃for 24 h,the alloy exhibits desirable corrosion resistance.
