摘要
南海是全球三大海上高温高压区域之一,以乐东10-1气田等为代表的超高温高压气田,存在地层构造复杂、异常高压、储层超高温(高达249℃)等诸多开发难点,其中耐高温防腐水泥浆体系成为制约固井质量和井筒完整性的关键技术瓶颈。针对“高温、高压、CO_(2)和H2S腐蚀”等问题,室内通过化学反应,研制了以纳米防腐剂PRGS为主,聚合物乳液和无机填充材料为辅构成的抗高温高压高密度防腐水泥浆,三者配合使用下有效提高水泥石基体密实度,该抗高温防CO_(2)和H2S腐蚀水泥浆体系,在高达210℃条件下水泥浆流变性好,抗压强度达28.4 MPa,防气窜性好,满足腐蚀深度小于0.5 mm,获得了很好的腐蚀效果,能够确保超高温高压固井井筒完整性。
The South China Sea is one of the three major offshore high temperature and high pressure regions in the world.The ultra high temperature and high pressure gasfields,such as Ledong 10-1 gasfield,have many development difficulties,such as complex formation structure,abnormal high pressure,ultra-high temperature(up to 249℃),and so on.The high temperature resistant and anti-corrosion cement slurry system has become the key technical bottleneck restricting the cementing quality and wellbore integrity.Aiming at the problems of"high temperature,high pressure,CO_(2)and H2S corrosion",indoor high temperature,high pressure and high density anticorrosive cement paste,which is mainly composed of nano preservative PRGS,polymer emulsion and inorganic filling material,is developed through chemical reaction.The compactness of cement paste matrix is effectively improved by combining the three parts,and the high temperature resistant CO_(2)and H2S corrosion cement slurry system.When the temperature is up to 210℃,the cement slurry has good fluid ity,compressive strength up to 28.4 MPa,gas channeling resistance,corrosion depth less than 0.5 mm,and good corrosion effect,which can ensure the integrity of ultra-high temperature and high pressure cementing wellbore.
