摘要
目的探究不同年龄前列腺癌患者术后性功能状态及影响因素。方法选取平煤神马医疗集团总医院2018年1月至2019年5月收治的确诊为前列腺癌的210例患者,采用问卷调查的方式进行性功能状态的评估。对不同年龄以及不同Gleason积分患者进行术后总勃起功能障碍发生率的比较,将不同年龄患者进行生活质量评估。同时选择患者的吸烟、饮酒、手术方式作为影响因素分析其对术后性功能状态是否有影响。结果210例患者中113例有术后勃起功能障碍,其中高龄老年组的总发生率高达79.17%,而且不同年龄的患者在性功能和生活质量上存在差异(P<0.05)。此外吸烟指数和饮酒指数较高的患者其发生术后勃起功能障碍的可能性越高,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而手术方式对患者术后勃起功能障碍没有影响(P>0.05)。结论前列腺癌患者术后性功能状态较差,受多种因素影响,应该给予适当且正确的干预。
Objective To investigate the postoperative sexual function status and influencing factors with prostate cancer at different ages.Methods A total of 210 patients diagnosed with prostate cancer who were admitted to Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected,and the sexual function status was evaluated by questionnaires.The incidence of total erectile dysfunction was compared among patients at different ages and Gleason scores,and patients at different ages were assessed for quality of life.At the same time,smoking,drinking,and surgical methods were selected as influential factors to analyze whether they had an impact on sexual function status after surgery.Results Among the 210 patients,113 had postoperative erectile dysfunction,and the total incidence of the elderly group was as high as 79.17%,and there were differences in sexual function and quality of life among patients of different ages(P<0.05).In addition,the patients with higher smoking index and drinking index had higher possibility of postoperative erectile dysfunction(P<0.05),the results were statistically significant.The surgical method had no effect on patients with erectile dysfunction after operation(P>0.05).Conclusions Prostate cancer patients have poor sexual function after surgery,which was affected by many factors,and appropriate and correct interventions should be given.
