摘要
家蚕是鳞翅目的模式生物,同时也是重要的经济昆虫。随着分子育种技术的发展,人们通过各类分子标记,在家蚕中发现了许多与重要性状相关的基因。本文从生长发育、免疫、性别决定、抗病、全基因组选择育种等五个方面介绍了相关基因的研究进展。
Silkworm is a model of lepidopteral insects,and also an important economic insect.With the development of molecular breeding technology,many genes related to important traits have been found in silkworm by various molecular markers.In this paper,the research progress of related genes from the aspects of growth and development,immunity,sex determination,disease resistance and whole-genome selection breeding was reviewed.
