摘要
目的观察微型种植体支抗对青少年安氏Ⅱ类1分类病例的治疗效果。方法选择2015年8月—2018年2月在包头市中心医院口腔门诊初次就诊的13~18岁的安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者40例,根据所选支抗的不同,分为微型种植体支抗组(A组,20例)以及横腭杆支抗组(B组,20例),运用统计学方法对比分析两组的治疗时间及头颅定位侧位片上软硬组织各指标的差异。结果A组的治疗时间明显短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的SNA、U1-SN、U1-NA距、U6-Y治疗前后变化差值均大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的Ls-E、鼻唇角治疗前后变化差值均大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的上中切牙切端内收的平均速度明显快于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统的横腭杆作为强支抗相比,微型种植体可以更有效地控制磨牙支抗,内收切牙,改善青少年安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者的面型突度,缩短疗程,治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of micro-implant on Angle classⅡdivision 1 cases in adolescent.Methods 40 patients(years between 13 and 18)with Angle classⅡdivision 1 who were first treated in the stomatological clinic of Baotou City Central Hospital from August 2015 to February 2018 were selected.They were divided into micro-implants anchorage group(group A,20 cases)and transpalatal arch group(group B,20 cases)according to the different anchorages.Using statistical methods Analysis the difference of treatment time and index difference of hard and soft tissue between the two groups.Results The orthodontic treatment time in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).The difference of SNA,U1-SN,U1-NA(mm),U6-Y before and after the treatment in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The difference of Ls-E,nasolabial angle before and after the treatment in group A were greater than those in group B(P<0.05).The difference of the average retruding speed of maxillary central incisor in group A was significantly greater than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional transpalatal arch as a strong anchorage,the micro-implant can control the molar anchorage more effectively,adductor incisor,improve the facial protrusion of Angle classⅡdivision 1 cases in adolescent,shorten the course of treatment and achieve a significant therapeutic effect.
