铁钼法制甲醛的甲醇单耗控制与影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 铁钼法甲醛生产是在甲醇-空气的爆炸范围以外操作的,该反应是在导生压力为0~69 kPa和反应温度为190~360℃下进行,从而能使副反应减少、转化率增高、消耗降低。所以控制好导生压力和反应温度是得到高的甲醇收率的保证。高的甲醇收率就是为了保持甲醇单耗值尽可能地接近本装置的性能保证值:1.16 t甲醇/1 t100%甲醛。其中循环风机进口温度和进口压力、氧含量、催化剂的寿命等因素对高甲醇单耗的控制有一定的影响。 The production of formaldehyde by iron molybdenum method is operated outside the explosion range of methanol air.The reaction is carried out under the derivative pressure of 0-69 kPa and reaction temperature of 190-360℃,which could reduce side effects,increase conversion rate and reduce consumption.So good control of derivative pressure and temperature is the guarantee of high methanol yield.The high methanol yield is to keep the unit consumption of methanol as close as possible to the device performance guarantee value:1.16 t methanol formaldehyde/1 t 100%formaldehyde.The inlet temperature and inlet pressure of circulating fan,oxygen content and the service catalyst life and other factors have a certain impact on the control of high methanol unit consumption.
