摘要
PTMEG厂有13种危险化学品,特点也各不一样,部分危化品存在易挥发、沸点低、闪点低等特点。在PTMEG厂日常管理过程中,一旦出现问题,易引发安全事故。因此,要求PTMEG厂班组及车间管理人员有较强的安全意识,对PTMEG厂危化品及日常作业必须严格管控,还须具有较高的应急处置能力,一旦发现事故苗头,能够第一时间进行控制。
PTMEG plant has 13 kinds of dangerous chemicals with different characteristics,some of which are volatile,low boiling point and low flash point.If problems occur in the daily management process of PTMEG plant,it is easy to cause safety accidents.Therefore,the team and workshop management personnel of PTMEG plant are required to have a strong safety awareness,strictly control the hazardous chemicals and daily operations of PTMEG plant,and they must have a high ability to deal with emergencies.Once there are signs of accidents,the accidents should be controlled as soon as possible.
