摘要
扰动事件一旦发生,会对车间产生严重的破坏性。针对该问题,笔者基于面向生产扰动事件的动态调度,综合运用计算机技术、信息技术、智能技术和有关工艺技术,设计一种车间管理系统。该系统的主要包括扰动分类子系统、生产调度子系统、生产管理子系统、生产过程监控子系统和报表中心等模块。企业借助该系统不仅能够减轻车间管理人员的工作量,还能提高生产管理的实时性和准确性。
Once a disturbance event occurs,it will cause serious damage to the workshop.In response to this problem,the article designed a workshop management system based on the dynamic scheduling for production disturbance events,comprehensively using computer technology,information technology,intelligent technology and related process technology.The main modules of the system include:disturbance classification subsystem,production scheduling subsystem,production management subsystem,production process monitoring subsystem,and report center.Through the operation of the system,the workload of workshop management personnel was reduced,the function of workshop production management was improved,the real-time and accuracy of production management were improved,and the workshop management was more efficient.
