摘要 在机械制造行业中,普通铣床是应用最广泛的机床之一。普通铣床操作是各大工科类院校以及高、中职院校“机加实训”课程中的重要实训项目,是机械类学生必须掌握的基本技能。由于该课程教学任务重、教学时间较短以及学生人数较多,且学生大多是第一次接触机械加工设备,还没有形成良好的安全操作意识和规范动作,常常出现操作不当等问题,从而经常造成人身伤害和设备损坏的安全事故。因此,基于机加实训普通铣床实训教学设备研究,设计制作出既能消除安全隐患又能快速清理废屑和提高加工效率的安全保护装置。该装置既能为实训教学和学生操作提供安全保障,又能使学生养成良好的安全操作意识和动作规范,从而避免实训中发生安全事故。 In the mechanical manufacturing industry,ordinary milling machine is one of the most widely used machine tools.Ordinary milling machine operation is also an important training item in the course of Machining Training in major engineering colleges and universities as well as higher and secondary vocational colleges.It is a basic skill that mechanical students must master.However,due to the heavy teaching task,short teaching time and large number of students,the students are in contact with machining equipment and operation for the first time,and have not formed a good sense of safe operation and standardized action.Improper operation often leads to safety accidents of personal injury and equipment damage.Based on the research on the training and teaching equipment of machine training ordinary milling machine,this research designs and manufactures a safety protection device that can not only eliminate potential safety hazards,but also quickly clean up waste and improve efficiency,so as to escort the teaching.It can not only provide safety guarantee for training teaching and students’operation,but also cultivate students to develop good safety operation awareness and action norms,so as to avoid safety accidents in training.The research results can also provide reference for the manufacture and research of other machine tool safety protection devices.
