摘要
电梯轿厢装载125%额定载荷,以正常速度下行时,切断电机和制动器供电,制动器应该能够使驱动主机停止运转,试验后轿厢应无明显变形和损坏[1],本文根据现场实际的检验实践经验,总结归纳电梯125%额定载荷下行制动试验的步骤及流程,避免由于制动试验不规范造成人身伤害和电梯的损坏。同时列举流程中各个步骤可能出现的失效情况,分析的各个步骤的重要性,总结电梯125%额定载荷制动试验的注意事项,规范电梯125%额定载荷制动试验步骤。
The elevator car is loaded with 125%rated load.When descending at normal speed,cut off the power supply to the motor and brake.The brake should be able to stop the driving main engine.This paper is based on the practical experience of on-site inspection,Summarize the steps and flow of elevator downlink braking test with 125%rated load,Avoid personal injury and elevator damage due to improper braking test,At the same time,the failure of each step in the process can be listed,Summarize the matters for attention of elevator braking test with 125%rated load,and standardize the steps of elevator braking test with 125%rated load.
