摘要
通过分析纸币特征,提出利用基于改进色彩空间转换算法作为纸币特征提取,利用支持向量机作为纸币分类器的方法,将并由此为核心算法设计了一种成本低廉的新式纸币分类器械。主要结构是以MCU为核心控制,通过颜色传感器进行特征信息采集,利用改进HSV算法和SVM作为决策算法,控制机械结构进行纸币清分,利用LCD进行显示,完成阶段识别任务后,将清分数据上传至管理信息系统进行管理。实验结果表明,此系统能够完成对于纸币的实时清分、结果显示、数据存储等功能,对于第五套人民币识别具有较高的鲁棒性,该机电系统价格低廉且具备良好的使用性能。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of banknotes,we propose to use the improved color space conversion algorithm as the feature extraction of banknotes and use support vector machine as banknote sorter.According to the core algorithm,we design a new type of banknote sorting device with low cost.The main structure is controlled by MCU,Recognizing paper money by color sensor,we use color sensor to collect the feature information of banknote and improved HSV algorithm and support vector machine as decision algorithm.The MCU controls the mechanical structure to achieve the corresponding actions to complete the function of sorting the paper money,and displays them on the LCD.After completing the phase identification task,uploading clear data to management information system.This system can perform real-time sorting,result display,data storage and other functions for paper money.Proved by the experiments,The proposed denomination recognition algorithm based on color space conversion is highly robust to the fifth set of RMB recognition.And the electromechanical system equipment is inexpensive and has good performance.
