人文关怀结合标准化病人在神经外科教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的将人文关怀结合标准化病人教学模式应用到神经外科实践教学中并探讨其效果。方法将66名2015级新疆医科大学临床专业的学生随机分为两组:人文关怀结合标准化病人组33名,传统教学组33名。分别采用两种不同的教学法进行病史采集、神经系统查体以及病历书写等临床实践教学,通过分析两组学生考核成绩以及课堂满意度,进一步判断本科生神经外科实践知识掌握情况。结果对学生的调查结果显示,人关怀结合标准化病人组学生在神经外科实践知识,医学人文素养级满意度方面均优于传统教学组(P<0.005),差异具有统计学意义。结论人文关怀结合标准化病人的新教学方法明显可以提高本科生技能掌握程度和满意度;同时提高了学生医学素养,值得进一步推广。 Objective To apply humanistic care combined with standardized patient teaching mode in neurosurgery practice teaching and explore its effect.Methods 66 clinical students from 2015 grade of Xinjiang Medical University were randomly divided into two groups:33 in the humanistic care combined with standardized patients group and 33 in the traditional teaching group.Two different teaching methods were used for clinical practice teaching,such as medical history collection,physical examination of nervous system and medical record writing,respectively.By analyzing the examination scores and class satisfaction of the two groups of students,the undergraduates'mastery of practical knowledge of neurosurgery was further judged.Results The results of the investigation showed that the students in the combination of human care and standardized patient group were superior to the traditional teaching group in terms of practical knowledge of neurosurgery and medical humanistic quality satisfaction(P<0.005),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The new teaching method of humanistic care combined with standardized patients can obviously improve the degree of skill mastery and satisfaction of undergraduates.At the same time,it improves students'medical literacy,which is worthy of further promotion.
