摘要
目的:探讨IDO1蛋白在肺腺癌(lung adenocarcinoma,LUAD)组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测120例LUAD患者的肿瘤组织区域的IDO1表达情况,分析其表达模式与临床主要的病理参数之间的相互关系。结果:在肺腺癌组织中,IDO1蛋白的阳性表达率为40%(48/120),显著高于癌旁肺组织,其在LUAD中的高表达与性别、淋巴结转移显著相关(分别为P=0.006、P=0.011)。结论:在LUAD中,IDO1在不同组织学类型的肺腺癌中表达情况不同,并与肺腺癌的发生和恶性进展紧密相关。
Objective:To investigate the expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO1)protein and evaluate its clinicopathologic significance in the human lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)patients.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IDO1 protein in the tumor area of 120 cases of LUAD patients, and analyze its correlation with clinical and main pathological parameters. Results: In the LUAD tissues,the positive expression rate of IDO1 protein was 40.0% (48/120),which was significantly higher than that of para-cancerous lung tissues. High expression of IDO1 in LUAD was significantly correlated with gender and lymph node metastasis ( P =0.006, P =0.011, respectively). Conclusion: Expression IDO1 of protein is different in different histological subtypes of LUAD, and is closely correlated to the occurrence and malignant progression of lung adenocarcinoma.
