摘要
基于可持续发展的理念,利用Super-SBM模型和因子分析法测算出2008—2017年中国30个省份生态效率和科技创新值,并计算出生态效率与科技创新的耦合协调度。结果表明,生态效率整体上逐年增长缓慢,全国平均生态效率值小于“1”;科技创新能力水平呈现东高西低逐步减弱的阶梯分布特征;中国处于勉强失调发展类——生态发展与创新同步型阶段,耦合协调度整体上东部地区高于中西部地区。
In order to study the impact of technological innovation on ecological efficiency,based on the concept of sustainable development,the Super-SBM model and factor analysis method are used to calculate the ecological efficiency and technological innovation value of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2017,and calculate the ecological efficiency and technology Innovative coupling and coordination.The results show that:(1)Eco-efficiency has been increasing slowly year by year,and the national average eco-efficiency value is less than"1";(2)The level of scientific and technological innovation capacity shows a stepped distribution characteristic of increasing east and low west;Development category-the synchronous stage of ecological development and innovation,the overall degree of coupling coordination in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions.
