Objective To explore the effect of early nursing care on the wound healing of deep second-degree burns. Methods 64 patients with deep second-degree burns who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group(32 cases)and a study group(32 cases). The control group was given routine nursing care, and the study group was given early nursing care. The scar score, average wound healing rate, wound healing satisfaction rate and quality of life scores were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The scar scores in the study group were(8.69±0.45)points and(4.73±0.25)points at one month and three months after nursing care, which were lower than those of(12.34±1.36)points and(7.64±0.58)points in the control group. The differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the quality of life score in the study group was(88.55±2.67)points,which was higher than that of(75.69±3.71)points in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of wound healing in the study group was 93.76%,which was higher than that of 71.88%in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average wound healing rate in the study group was(90.24±3.12)%,which was higher than that of(72.16±4.34)%in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing care for patients with deep second-degree burns can effectively promote wound healing, reduce scars, and improve the patients'quality of life and satisfaction rate of wound healing.
