摘要
目的:探讨射频微针联合表皮生长因子治疗中重度痤疮的有效性,观察治疗过程中产生的不良反应,评估其安全性及对痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年6月笔者科室收治的76例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组:单用射频微针进行治疗,1个月治疗1次;观察组:在对照组基础上加用表皮生长因子外用溶液外涂。两组治疗均持续3个月,比较两组治疗效果,观察治疗过程中的不良反应,评估治疗的安全性及对ECCA评分的影响。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率94.59%,与对照组(88.89%)比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率32.43%,低于对照组的58.33%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组ECCA评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组ECCA评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用射频微针联合表皮生长因子治疗中重度痤疮,能有效减轻瘢痕,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of radiofrequency microneedle combined with epidermal growth factor in the treatment of moderate to severe acne,and to observe the adverse reactions during the treatment to evaluate its safety and influence on Acne Scar Weight Score(ECCA).Methods Total of 76 patients with moderate to severe acne who were admitted to the Department of Dermatology and Venereology in our hospital were selected from May 2018 to June 2020.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group(n=38)and the observation group(n=38).The control group was treated with radiofrequency microneedle alone,once a month.The observation group was externally coated with epidermal growth factor topical solution on the basis of the control group.Both groups of treatment lasted 3 months.Record the general information of the two groups,compare the effectiveness of the two groups,observe the adverse reactions during the treatment process to evaluate the safety of the treatment and the impact on the ECCA score.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.59%,which was not statistically significant compared with the control group(88.89%)(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during treatment was 32.43%,which was lower than 58.33%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in ECCA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,they were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of moderate to severe acne can effectively with radiofrequency microneedle combined with epidermal growth factor can effectively reduce scar formation and adverse reactions.
