摘要
目的:探讨思政教育视野下培养烧伤整形科护理实习生护理技能学习情况;方法:选取我院2016年6月至2019年6月期间烧伤整形科实习的护理专业学生66名作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,将66名学生按照实习内容分为两组,思政组(33例)和对照组(33例),思政组进行技能培训和思政培训方法,对照组则只进行技能培训方法;比较两组的实习生综合成绩的优秀率和学习积极性的优良率;结果:思政组实习生综合成绩的总合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。思政组实习生学习积极性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:将思政教育融入烧伤科护理实习生的培训教学中能够明显提升学生的综合技能成绩和学习积极性。
Objective:To explore the learning situation of nursing skills of nursing intern trainees under the ideological and political education.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 66 nursing students from our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 in burn and plastic surgery as a research object was conducted.The 66 students were divided into two groups according to the content of the internship,the thinking group(33 cases)and In the control group(33 cases),the ideological and political group carried out skill training and ideological and political training methods,while the control group only carried out skill training methods;comparing the excellent rate of the integrative comprehensive results and the excellent rate of learning enthusiasm of the intern in the two groups.Results:The overall pass rate of the comprehensive results of interns in the Sizheng group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The enthusiasm of interns in the Sizheng group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating ideological and political education into the training and teaching of burn intern nursing interns can significantly improve students’comprehensive skill scores and learning enthusiasm.
