摘要
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合中医"三位一体"护理技术对乳腺癌患者免疫功能及化疗副作用的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2019年3月我院乳腺科收治的108例乳腺癌患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组采用常规化疗+中医"三位一体"护理技术治疗,观察组在此基础上给予参芪扶正注射液治疗,2组均治疗8疗程,3周1个疗程。比较2组治疗依从性、治疗前、治疗8疗程后的免疫功能及外周血象指标水平;统计2组治疗期间的化疗副作用总发生率。结果观察组治疗总依从率为94.44%,高于对照组的79.63%(P<0.05);治疗8疗程后,2组血清IL-4、IL-10水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平及血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组化疗副作用总发生率为14.81%,低于对照组的20.69%(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合中医"三位一体"护理技术治疗乳腺癌,可显著提高患者治疗依从性,改善患者造血功能,进而可降低其化疗副作用总发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with the TCM trinity nursing technique on the immune function and chemotherapy side effects of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 108 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional chemotherapy+TCM trinity nursing technique,while the observation group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on that basis.Both groups were treated for 8 courses,with 3 weeks as a course.The treatment compliance,the index levels of immune function and peripheral hemogram before and after 8 courses of treatment were compared between the 2 groups,and the total incidence of chemotherapy side effects of the 2 groups during the treatment was counted.Results The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 79.63%of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 courses of treatment,the levels of serum IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-2,IFN-γ,hemoglobin,platelets and white blood cells in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of chemotherapy side effects in the observation group was 14.81%,lower than 20.69%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with the TCM trinity nursing technique in the treatment of breast cancer can significantly improve patients’treatment compliance,improve the patients’hematopoietic function,and reduce the total incidence of chemotherapy side effects.
