摘要
急倾斜煤层因工作面倾角大,给综合机械化开采带来诸多困难。为了安全且高效地开采利用煤炭资源,重点阐述了适应于急倾斜煤层采煤机的关键技术,并对采煤工艺的选择、采煤机的牵引和制动、液压系统和传动系统的润滑问题进行了研究。为了保证采煤机运行期间的高可靠性,应增加相应的安全辅助措施,同时加强采煤机及相应配套设备的维护工作。
Due to the large inclination angle of working face in steep coal seam, there are many difficulties in fully mechanized mining. In order to exploit coal resources safely and efficiently, the key technologies of shearer suitable for steep coal seam were expounded. The selection of mining technology,traction and braking of shearer, lubrication of hydraulic system and transmission system were studied.In order to ensure the high reliability of the shearer, the corresponding safety auxiliary measures should be added, and the maintenance of the shearer and the corresponding supporting equipment should be strengthened.
