新冠肺炎疫情下病原生物学与免疫学实验课程线上教学的实践与思考 被引量:12

Practice of and thoughts on online teaching of pathogen biology and immunology experiments during the COVID-19 epidemic

摘要 在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,本校病原生物学与免疫学教学实验室构建了基于Blackboard网络平台和虚拟仿真实验平台线上教学模式。课前教师发布教学课件、视频以及学习要求;课中教师指导学生进行虚拟仿真实验操作并解答其在之前自学中遇到的问题;课后完成思考题及实验报告,以加深学生对实验原理的理解和实验步骤的掌握。我们采用线上学习评价、课后作业和思考题完成情况,以及网络测试相结合的多元化方式综合评价学生的学习效果。通过病原生物学与免疫学实验线上教学,不仅保证了疫情期间实验教学的有序开展和教学效果,同时为今后线上、线下混合式教学模式的探索和应用提供了经验。 During the COVID-19 lockdown, the Pathogen Biology and Immunology Teaching Laboratory at this University has created an online form of instruction for a Pathogen Biology and Immunology Lab Course based on the Blackboard online platform and a virtual experimentation platform. Before class, teachers post instructional materials, videos, and learning requirements;during class, teachers instruct students in how to perform virtual the experiments and how to solve problems;and after class, students complete homework including questions and lab reports to better understand the principles of an experiment and to master its procedures. The effectiveness of student learning is evaluated comprehensively by combining an assessment of online learning, completion of homework and study questions, and online testing. An online lab course in pathogen biology and immunology has ensured the orderly progress and effectiveness of a lab course taught during the epidemic and it has also provided experience exploring and using a hybrid method of online and offline instruction for the future.
