摘要
现阶段,随着社会经济的进步,我国电网企业得以高效发展。然而,电网企业小型基建工程在施工过程中仍然存在诸多管理问题,该现象已经严重影响工程的实际施工质量,在降低小型基建工程使用年限的同时,也在一定程度上威胁到人们的人身安全,后果十分严重。基于此,相关部门以及管理人员应针对小型基建工程施工管理过程中的实际发展状况,及时采取相应的解决措施,以保证工程施工质量。
At present,with the progress of social economy,China’s power grid enterprises can develop efficiently.However,there are still many management problems in the construction of small infrastructure projects of power grid enterprises.This phenomenon has seriously affected the actual construction quality of the project.While reducing the service life of small infrastructure projects,it also threatens people’s personal safety to a certain extent,and the consequences are very serious.Based on this,relevant departments and management personnel shall take corresponding solutions in time according to the actual development in the construction management process of small infrastructure projects,so as to ensure the construction quality of the project.
