摘要
在总结和归纳220 kV罗田输变电工程业主项目部成功经验的基础上,探讨了业主项目部管理模式,提出业主项目经理在项目建设各阶段应该抓好重点工作,以确保项目安全、质量、造价、进度等目标全面实现。
Based on s the successful experienees of the project department of owner of the 220kV Luotian power trans- mission and transformation project, the management models for the project department of owner are discussed. The es- sential works at different construction phases are proposed in order to realize the goals comprehensively such as project safety, quality, cost and schedules.
