摘要
根据平行流电解精炼过程中添加剂的作用机理,结合祥光铜业电解二车间生产实践,分析探讨了平行流电解技术、添加剂加入量和阴极铜表面质量的关系、电流密度对添加剂用量的影响,确定了各添加剂的用量和配比、添加剂溶解操作步骤,从而使阴极铜的质量得到显著提升。
According to the action mechanism of additives in the process of parallel flow electrolysis refining,combined with the production practice of No.2 electrolysis workshop of Xiangguang Copper Industry,the parallel flow electrolysis technology,the relationship between additive amount and surface quality of cathode copper are analyzed and discussed.The amount and proportion of additives and the operation steps of additive dissolution are determined,so that the quality of cathode copper is significantly improved.
