摘要
目的:探究彩色多普勒超声在卵巢早衰患者中的应用效果及对疾病严重程度的检测价值。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年12月的90例卵巢早衰患者为观察组,同时期的90例健康同龄妇女为对照组。两组均采用彩色多普勒超声进行检查,比较两组的子宫内膜厚度、卵巢形态学参数(卵巢体积及卵泡数)及血流参数(PSV、EDV、PI及RI),比较观察组中不同严重程度卵巢早衰患者的子宫内膜厚度、卵巢形态学参数及血流参数,采用Spearman秩相关分析上述检测指标与卵巢早衰严重程度的关系。结果:观察组的子宫内膜厚度、卵巢形态学参数、PSV及EDV均显著低于对照组,PI及RI均显著高于对照组,观察组中不同严重程度卵巢早衰患者的子宫内膜厚度、卵巢形态学参数及血流参数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Spearman秩相关分析显示,子宫内膜厚度、卵巢形态学参数、PSV及EDV与卵巢早衰严重程度呈负相关(P<0.05),PI及RI与卵巢早衰严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声在卵巢早衰患者中的应用效果较好,且对疾病严重程度的检测价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with premature ovarian failure and detection value for disease severity.Method:A total of 90 patients with premature ovarian failure from October 2018 to December 2020 were chosen as the observation group,90 healthy women of the same ages at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the two groups were examined with color Doppler ultrasound,the endometrial thickness,ovarian morphological parameters (ovarian volume and follicle number) and blood flow parameters (PSV,EDV,PI and RI) of two groups were compared,the endometrial thickness,ovarian morphological parameters and blood flow parameters of observation group with different disease severity of premature ovarian failure were compared too,and the correlation between those examination indexes and disease severity of premature ovarian failure were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The endometrial thickness,ovarian morphological parameters,PSV and EDV of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the PI and RI were significantly higher than those of control group,the endometrial thickness,ovarian morphological parameters and blood flow parameters of observation group with different disease severity of premature ovarian failure were compared,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the endometrial thickness,ovarian morphological parameters,PSV and EDV were negatively correlated with different disease severity of premature ovarian failure (P<0.05),the PI and RI were positively correlated with different disease severity of premature ovarian failure (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the patients with premature ovarian failure is better,and its detection value for disease severity is higher.
